Shipping & Returns


We sell only new fabric cut from rolls at our warehouse. All fabrics are sold by the linear yard. Fabrics are securely rolled, packaged and delivered to you on a sturdy cardboard tube.

The Joseph Noble Textile Store (our online store) currently ships only to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us to inquire about international shipping options.

Shipping rates are based on a flat-rate plus the weight of the package. The shipping price is calculated during checkout once a "ship to" address has been confirmed. You will be able to review the shipping charges before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has processed. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

Actual delivery time will vary based on the number of days it takes the carrier to deliver your package from our warehouse in Texas to your "ship to" address. We usually ship within 1-2 business days, and most orders arrive within 7 business days of shipping.


Product samples provide a more accurate representation of color and texture. If you are unsure about the color of a fabric as it appears on your screen, please request a free sample before making a purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, items purchased through Joseph Noble Textile Store carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please inspect the contents of your packages upon delivery.

Fabrics which are cut, washed, creased, odorous or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the item(s) are received and inspected at our facility. All refunds are issued to your original form of payment.

** All items must be pre-authorized for return by Customer Service and returned on the original roll or bolt to be eligible for a refund.
